The Marketing team is responsible for developing and implementing programs that generate demand and enhance brand identity. The Marketing intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of digital and events marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career and eager to learn about Marketing strategies, tools, and execution.Core Responsibilities Support the day-to-day creation and posting of digital media content across owned and paid social media channels to drive demand generation, grow channel engagement and market awareness. Schedule and publish social posts on various social media platforms. Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages. Track social media analytics and conduct monthly reporting. Learn and assist in the use of marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for campaign execution, lead generation, and data management. Assist in standing up a Nurture strategy with day to day data management tasks such as tagging target contacts and accounts in the existing CRM and setting up Workflows in Hubspot. Help with email marketing, including drafting, sending, and tracking emails. As needed, assist in developing and maintaining marketing content and messaging including sales presentations, collateral, and webinars. Assist in planning and organizing logistics for industry events, including trade shows, webinars, and sponsorship activities. Help create promotional materials and content for events and sponsorships. Manage communication with event participants, sponsors, and partners. Assist in managing event registrations and attendee lists. Handle on-site registration and provide support to attendees before and after events. Assist in tracking event budgets and expenses. Conduct research on potential events and sponsorship opportunities. Analyze competitor events and sponsorships to identify best practices and areas for improvement. As needed provide support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.Requirements Dedicated self start who is willing to work hard and learn. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with marketing tools (i.e. HubSpot, ZoomInfo) is a plus.Beneficial Experience Gain hands-on experience with advanced AI technology in healthcare, specifically in autonomous medical coding.
