7:00/8:00 am to 4:00/5:00 pm.

Full Job Description
Code Blue is looking for a self-starter with excellent verbal and visual communication skills. Marketing or Sales experience and attention to detail are a must for this role. Strong preference for those with experience in B2B technical products and services. This position will collaborate with other departments in developing a wide variety of sales collateral, external communications (print, social media content), brand support, bid packages and promotions. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is excited to grow, learn and improve our sales processes. This position is based in Holland, MI and is not remote eligible. Must be comfortable working with team members in other geographic areas.
Responsibilities:
- Document creation and management (presentations, product data sheets…etc.)
- Ensure consistency and compliance of brand standards in corporate documents.
- Assist in creating and updating layout of marketing designs for digital and print media.
- Website content creation and general administration
- Working with others to coordinate creation and distribution of educational videos.
- Serve as key contact with sales/marketing contractors (web, media, apps, promotions).
- Create and organize sales collateral materials (brochures, flyers, case studies, testimonials…etc.).
- Manage document resource library
- Routine sales reporting, administration and rep/dealer communications
- Assist with trade show planning and execution
- Working with internal and external resources to coordinate social media content
Characteristics Required:
- Must have strong communication skills
- Comfortable with technical products and services
- High level of computer skills (ERP, CRM, Adobe, Office, marketing/graphic tools)
- High level of creativity and attention to small details
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Honest, ethical, and with a strong desire to succeed
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Education and training appropriate to the role
- US Work Authorization (Visa sponsorship not available)
