Role

As a member of the CCI team, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, maintaining, and producing plans, contract documents and electronic design drawings in AutoCAD and/or REVIT by coordinating and compiling multidiscipline backgrounds
• Performing preliminary design tasks necessary for project completion
• Collaborating with CCI team members in multiple departments
• Providing support to principals, project managers, and project designers
• Correcting internal markups and providing initial quality control checks on deliverable packages to maintain adherence to CAD / Revit standards
• Transferring physical & electronic documents to clients

Qualifications

Ideal candidates must possess the following:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with AutoCAD and/or REVIT software
• 3 years experience with an architectural or engineering firm
• Related technical and /or associates degree
• Possess good organizational and communication skills; be capable of understanding client needs; prioritizing and coordinating work; making informed decisions; and executing quality work
• Be motivated by growth opportunities for themselves and CCI
• Passion for providing the highest level of services to CCI clients
