What qualities are we looking for in a Center Director?
You are the face of our center! We’re looking for someone great with customers, professional, and flexible.. No coding or technology experience required.
Great with Customers:
o You like being around kids & adults alike
o You’re willing to go the extra mile to help a customer with a request
o You can understand new & existing products quickly and be able to explain them clearly to customers
o You naturally want to document your conversations and/or build tools to help organize customer information
Professional:
o Punctual & reliable
o You greet people with a smile & are happy to see them
o You keep track of what you need to get done
o You respond promptly to emails & requests
Flexible:
o You don’t get thrown easily & are comfortable wearing multiple hats
o Willing to learn new skills as needed
o Creative problem-solver – sometimes a parent will ask us to do something for them we’ve never done before, we can make that happen!
Responsibilities
Manage the center
o Schedule, train, & manage a team of up to 15 employees
o Manage all logistics and operations of a center
o Be the “go-to” person in customer interactions, questions from our owners, and correspondence from our corporate office
Sales
o Help create marketing assets
o Help create social media posts
o Help run free sessions & answer parent questions
o Contact new leads
o Run text campaigns
o Close sales & process payments!
Be an Administrator
o Update trackers in excel
o Think through staffing & logistics
o Ensure that we’re picking up the right ninjas from the school next door!
Requirements:
· Enjoy being around kids & be passionate about supporting them
· Must have at minimum a BA or BS degree.
Your Résumé will stand out if you have any of the following:
· Have customer service and/or sales experience
· Have experience working in an educational setting
· Have experience in a management or supervisory role
Examples of Potential Candidates:
· Former Teachers/Educators
· Administrators of for-profits or educational non-profits
· Sales Professionals with a record of administration
Preferred Availability & Job Type
· Full-Time, Salaried (40 hours per week)
