Requirements:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- "Around 10 years of total WMOS professional experience
- Experience working on Manhattan Active version 2021
- Support Manhattan warehouse Level 2 operations and help team on troubleshooting and fixing issues related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) application
- Assist with WMS implementations across multiple locations; participate in project planning meetings, system readiness testing, user acceptance testing, operations training and implementation support for go-live
- Experience working Retail Client
- Handling SEV1 process and lead
- Communicate system-related bugs to Manhattan WMS team for triaging, identifying root cause and assisting in code change testing
- Experience handling problem management incidents
- Define business requirements for software, develop and conduct training, and resolve discrepancies to achieve company and customer objectives
- Proactively communicate with customers, employees, and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met
- Communicate urgent issues to various stakeholders and prioritize escalations
- Responsible for setting expectations and managing client s responsibilities for Implementation IT and Business ensuring all areas are meeting their specific responsibilities deliverables on time
- Working closely with Product Owner and Client to ensure that the solution delivery is as per company standards
- Conduct training for software maintenance, start-ups, enhancements, and upgrades"
