Need to have 6 months to a year of operational or equivalent VM/VSE mainframe experience (PREFERRED)
- Manipulating queues, classes, distribution in VSE
- Batch processing
- Understanding of virtual machines
Working knowledge in using PC applications such as MS Outlook, Teams,QWS3270 terminal software, and VNC Viewer.
How some understanding of network and internet protocols.
Knowledge of printer server configuration and setup. Knowledge of the Solimar Printer Services software a plus.
Familiar with the operations of large printer/copier equipment (Ricoh preferred).
Any knowledge of FAQS/PCS, FAQS/ASO CICS, JCL, ICCF, CMS, and Source Bank would be helpful or equivalent Of course, the ability to work with others and to be dependable, courteous, and helpful to our client and team members.
