HRIS Workday Specialist

Full-time | New York | Hybrid

$90,000 – $120,000


Company Overview: Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Junior HRIS Workday Specialist. This individual will assist with day-to-day administration, support enhancements, and contribute to projects aimed at improving system functionality and user experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with HRIS Workday initiatives, including requirement gathering, process review, project management, testing, training, and communication.
  • Support core recruiting and talent management processes using Workday and other systems.
  • Help design and recommend process improvements and solutions.
  • Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of system and process enhancements.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to new users.
  • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Support business requests, special projects, and analysis for HR and internal clients.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact and assist with resolving Workday issues.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Workday system implementations, including design, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good judgment and discretion when handling sensitive data.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Eightfold CRM.
  • Workday HCM
  • Experience in quality assurance testing and custom reporting in Workday.
