This is a full time position rotating between our two Restore locations.

Store hours are:

• Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
• Rotating weekend shifts are:
• Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
• Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm

Shift Requirements:

Full Time & Charge: 4 shifts per week, including 4 weekend days. Both Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory.

Part Time: 8 shifts per month, including 4 weekend days. Both Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory.

Compensation can be as much as $45 on average!

Base pay starting at $32/hr, plus differentials which are based upon hours worked, lead duties, and weekend shifts and can add an additional $8/hour.  Bonuses from sales are also included and can range from $20 to $100 per shift.  

Differentials:

• Saturday: $2/hr 
• Sunday: $4/hr 
• Full Time (4 shifts a week): $2/hr 
  • -or-
• 0.75 (30 hours a week): $1/hr
• Lead Nurse (can be Full Time or 0.75): $2/hr

Benefits for full and part time employees include free and discounted products and services in the store. Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.

Nurse Primary Responsibilities:

• Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injections
• Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver a variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants
• Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
• Documenting client visits through the use of Electronic Medical Records
• Ability to excel in a multitasking environment
• Assisting staff with store services
• Participating in occasional off-site nursing events as needed
• Opportunity to earn extra money with concierge visits
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and Google Docs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable in a retail/sales environment
• Excellent customer service and ability to create a service oriented experience for the clients

Mandatory Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Valid local Nurse (RN) license
• Excellent peripheral IV insertion skills - training will not be completed without being able to pass the IV skills assessment and review.
• 2 years of experience as a nurse in a medical setting 
• Understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance and adhere to all policies and procedures.
