Need of integrating Control-M with Client’ ServiceNow module as part of this L1/L2 Application Support effort.
- Design the interface between CtrlM/Datadog & SNow
- Build and test RTB support workflows within SNow
- Design and enable the knowledge management within SNow to house the SoPs / FAQs / Knowledgebase for onboarded applications
- Design and enable metrics, KPIs and dashboards for service quality and monitoring
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
