We have an urgent need of UAT Lead in PHX, AZ. This will be a remote role and need someone who can join immediately.

Requirement
- To plan, manage and report on all aspects of User Acceptance Testing in line with testing standards and processes including;
- Identification of UAT stakeholders and resource.
- Identification and approval of UAT scope.
- Capture and planning of UAT preparation and test activities.
- Producing and obtaining approval for plans and schedules.
- Coordination of resource required to prepare environments and data.
- Reporting of progress to varying levels of stakeholders through the programme.
- Supporting triage of defects and issues.
- Essential skills include Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
- Experienced in test management. Background in supporting business testing and acceptance.
- Experienced in IT delivery supporting business transformation programmes.
- Experience using multiple resource models including domestic, offshore, onshore and multi-country teams.
- Experience of risked based testing scope management.
- Ability to apply testing processes and terminology to practical scenarios, supported by excellent communication skills.
- Ability to report and support communication to multiple levels of stakeholders.
