Job Title : Desktop Support Specialist
Location : Latham NY
Duration : 6 months
Pay Range : $22-$25 / hr
Duties : To answer calls and / or respond to emails within our IT Call Center from users regarding technical issues they're experiencing may it be hardware / software.
Abilities : Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability. Able to work well with other team staff.
Preferred Education : High School; Technical Degree / Certificate Program
