What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at Cogent?
This position will be around 40 hours a week within normal business hours, 8am-5pm. The is NOT remote, candidate will have to go the location everyday.
The Deskside Support Agent is responsible for the day to day management and quality of incidents and activities that are required to be completed by the Deskside Support Team.
Operating within the Rentokil NA Service management framework, the Deskside Services team is responsible for the day to day management of the user devices estate and working closely with Service Delivery to ensure services are delivered within the agreed SLA’s.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT support: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CompTIA A (Preferred)
