We are delighted to be hiring for a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, based at our Headquarter Office in Fornebu,Oslo.

You will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team. Together we will work efficiently to build real trust with our business partners, and provide them with effective recruitment processes and solutions.
Our sourcers spend time not only sourcing industry professionals, but also building excellent working relationships with them. while maintaining the skills required to report accurate and up to date reporting information. We will bring suggestions about new ways of working and support Cognite during all types of Recruitment Branding events
To be successful in the role you will have technical sourcing experience, ideally within the tech or engineering fields but we’re open to other technical recruitment experience.
