Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant for FTE role with Cognizant
Location: Remote start.

Job Description- 
Main responsibilities:
- Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for the various business requirements with Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities and be able to translate the business requirements to the IT team correctly
- Ensure that the configuration of analytics in Kinaxis Rapid Response and customization / extensions, if any, supports the to-be processes of the client
- Design enhancements & evolutions based on new and existing solution, guaranteeing stability & scalability to help the technical build up by development team.
- Delivers solution and take over release from Quality Environment to PROD Environment.
- Oversee training activities for business users for Kinaxis Rapid Response applications & processes
- Redesign and customize supply processes by detecting, analyzing, and implementing the new processes extensions while ensuring alignment with the global template
- Conduct solution workshops with business stakeholders and process stewards ensuring alignment with all integrated systems
- Perform Data Harmonization across different ERP Source systems involved into Kinaxis Rapid Response
 
Pré-requisites
- Depth functional knowledge and good experience in Supply Chain management/Planning domain
- Prior Implementation experience of at least 2 E2E SCM Planning projects preferably on Kinaxis Rapid Response across industry verticals
- Experience in Agribusiness industry exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge on the standard business processes and important control settings and data model for Kinaxis applications
- Previous experience with data integration between Kinaxis and other applications like SAP ERP, Optimizers and Other Satellites.
 
Key Skills:     
- Functional:  Demand Management, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS & Inventory Management
- Technical:  Workbook development, Monitoring, Hierarchies and Filters, Scenario hierarchy setup to meet process needs, Perspective development for Scenarios, Control Table Configuration, Planning Engine Knowledge, Data Model modification including custom fields and custom tables
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies
