Role: Lead Agilist
 
Cognizant is looking for a Lead Agilist for developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Excellent communication & Client facing skills is mandatory
- Manage a scrum team from Onshore.
- Should facilitate all sprint ceremonies
- Closely work with BA and POs
- Coach team and build High performing Agile team.
- Should aware of Safe since he/she needs to participate in PI events.
- Participate in SoS and ART sync-up Calls.
- Facilitate backlog refinement call and make sure to have a healthy backlog.
- Manage Risks and remove Teams Impediments.
- Should do needed coordination between Offshore and onshore members.
- Facilitate Release rollout planning and communication
