Location- Virginia/ Plano/Dallas
Roles and responsibilities
· Work will be performed within SailPoint Identity IQ 8.3p3, and New Relic's most current SaaS version
· Automate activities to obviate/minimize the need for additional resources in the long term
§ Create triggers/reports of failed events that would cause control failures
§ Build application and control monitoring dashboard
§ Automate retries of failed events that are caught by triggers and integrate results with control monitoring dashboard
§ Where applicable, build out systematic process for auto-creating work items for any control result that cannot be automatically retried
§ Strengthen processes to minimize/eliminate sources of bugs and incidents
§ Help analyze current incident trends to identify what types of data issues in production lead to users opening tickets
§ Design ways to strengthen our approach to pulling “production” data into QA and Dev environments for better end to end testing
§ Identify opportunities to enhance transparency around our code release process and how we capture and categorize test results, documentation, and any KT needed for stories moving to production
§ Identify opportunities to accelerate progress on our automated testing roadmap, including leveraging synthetic testing of user events (J/M/L as an example) to help ensure that all user scenarios are being monitored and accounted for in testing and BAU
