The Role:
Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Agilist to serve our diverse base of global clients.  As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business.  An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team.  Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the &ldquoteam&rdquo, drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.
Location:  Minneapolis &ndash MN
Responsibilities:
·       Own the agile processes and drives agile-based best practices for mostly single (or maximum of 2) Agile teamPODDrive and oversee the work of the assigned agile team.
·        to guide agile teams to deliver high-quality project deliverables WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines security  quality  and performance guidelines.
·       Support for the Assessment
·       Maturity Assessments
·       Participate the maturity assessment & Implement recommendations.
·       Product Planning
·       Accountable and responsible for sprint planning
·       Participate in release level planning.
Qualifications
·       Technical Skills-  Agile PLM CX-Scrum Master
·       Engineering graduate
·       8-10 Years of experience.
