This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Role and Responsibilities:
· Install and maintain the company’s software and equipment.
· Identification of problems in computers systems and providing technical solutions.
· Troubleshoot various technology issues.
· Help new employees set up their work station.
· Perform upgrades and maintain the systems updated.
· Work a 5 Day work week with rotational on-call.
Required Qualifications:
· Windows workstation and Window server troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work in pharma automation assembly site.
· SQL scripting skills.
