Job Summary:
The primary duty of the SFDC QA Analyst is to build the test suites for our end-client’s product at possibly all levels of the architectural organization, including end-to-end, integration, API / service contract, and UAT support tests. Additional duties of the role are as follows: Thought leader for the Software Quality Engineering program by collaborating with product teams to understand business requirements and project goals, identify appropriate Salesforce CRM testing solutions, and manage work intake, prioritization, communication, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively work with our other engineers in developing new test scripts and improving the existing ones.
- Develop high-level test strategies based on the epic definition and feature design that includes the strategy for manual testing (incorporating component, functional, negative, security, regression, and end-to-end testing).
- Leads the planning and execution of SFDC testing solutions from scratch.
- Build credibility, authority and trust. Promote transparency. Manage expectations and deliverables within the Agile framework. Represent the team effectively by keeping things realistic. Avoid slippage. Mitigate risk and propose course changes to deliver against commitments.
- Raise red flags and facilitate dialogue that transforms “issues” into actionable plans, when the critical automation deliverables are at risk of impacting a given sprint, or the overall timeline commitment
