SAP SD OTC Consultant - Manager

• The Consultant be responsible for OMDL/OTC tower

• Consultant will manage all tickets and tasks for L1/L2 support

• He/She will manage the offshore team and responsible for updating status to client SME

• Minimum 10 years of SAP SD experience including ( SAP LE).

• Hands on experience in aATP in S/4 is a plus.

• Understanding on SAP S/4 and SAP CAR integration is a plus.

• Understanding on SAP CAR sourcing, Omnichannel article availability, POSDTA is a plus

• Working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Fashion SD module/OTC cycle is a plus.

• Complete SAP S4 HANA implementation cycle experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of system integration and cloud technologies like

• Experience in Order Management processes like Order Creation, Order Maintenance, Mass document change, Pricing, Third party orders, Billing/Invoicing, Customer returns, Consignment, ATP, Allocation management (BOP, Re ATP, release rules),

• Hands on SAP SD Configuration, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Copy Control, Condition technique, Listing & Exclusions and SD Output Management.

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and Map client business requirements, to satisfy clients' needs.

• SAP Certification
