Senior AEM Architect

Job Summary:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for candidate with experience between 12-15 years for Adobe AEM Architect role.

Duration: Full Time only - "Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).”

Location- North Chicago, Illinois, USA

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[140,000.00 – 170,000.00] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Architect with a strong background in AEM and Sales & Marketing to join our multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in designing and implementing robust technology solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of AEM architecture both front and back end to lead our digital transformation initiatives.

Experience

.Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and implementation of AEM-based architectures to support our digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM solutions with existing systems ensuring seamless functionality.
- Drive the development of AEM authoring practices ensuring content is dynamic and user-centric.
- Oversee the backend development of AEM optimizing performance and scalability.
- Guide the frontend development to create responsive intuitive user interfaces.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and operational stability of AEM solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
- Provide expert guidance on AEM system engineering and support engineering best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest AEM features and updates incorporating innovative technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate the teams expertise in AEM and related technologies.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Champion the adoption of AEM across the organization demonstrating its impact on business outcomes.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives aligning them with business goals.
-Qualifications
- Must have a solid understanding of AEM Authoring Backend and Frontend development.
- Experience in AEM system engineering and support engineering is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in the Sales & Marketing domain with the ability to leverage technology to drive business results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities capable of working effectively in a dynamic multinational environment.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of technology architecture.

• Architecture and Design of solutions leveraging a single stack / product /platform.

• Coding.

• Ability to code in order to demonstrate product capability , POC or showcase leverage of features , best practices , patterns etc.
