Role- Workday Test Manager
Duration – Full time with Cognizant
Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Workday Test Manager who will be responsible for Workday Implementation Project.

Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates job expectations to all team members, including coaching and counseling of employees to empower them to meet their goals.
- Designs training programs and workshops for staff, to keep the knowledge of team up to date with current tools and technology.
- Plans team members’ assignments, making adjustments as needed to meet delivery dates with quality.
- Actively works with peers to negotiate additional support, as needed to meet delivery.
- Estimates personnel requirements, costs, and time for project activities, and assigns personnel.
- Uses project management tools for effective resource utilization, to track and report progress, and to ensure compliance with project implementation schedules.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and supporting strategic plans.
- Reviews overall program and project testing statuses, ensuring testing activities and defect management are proceeding as planned.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Project management to manage Workday projects testing end-to-end, requirements analysis, developing timelines, stakeholder management, Workday testing.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and process implementation experience
- Excellent customer facing skills.
- Excellent communication skills including business writing and spoken English.
- Experience managing a large team of software test engineers
- Solid understanding of software UI and backend applications testing.
- Good working knowledge of program and project management methodologies.
- Experience in Agile methodology projects (e.g. Scrum)
- Managing defects uncovered and report on testing progress
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
- Preferred working knowledge of Financials or Payroll applications like Workday.
- Hands on experience in Healthcare Domain
