The Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions for critical and complex business challenges, using a variety of technologies in and related to the Microsoft Power Platform suite, with a special emphasis on Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. A strong proficiency in these technologies is a must, along with expertise in SharePoint, Azure, and M365 technologies. Previous custom development experience is helpful, as is a strong knowledge of and adherence to software development and testing principles and practices. In addition, a keen attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills are required. In this role, you will envision, design, configure, enhance, monitor, and maintain a wide range of mission-critical solutions centered around the Power Platform. You will collaborate with other Microsoft experts and the Information Technology Infrastructure team to quickly respond to new business requirements, to diagnose and solve issues that may arise, and to support key stakeholders in solving complex business requirements in innovative ways. The ideal candidate has real-world experience in customizing or extending Microsoft 365 solutions, and can readily identify opportunities for process improvement through technology. Intellectual curiosity, a desire for improvement, and a steadfast focus on doing the right things in the right way for the right reasons are essential. Be prepared to analyze, act, and automate using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow), as well as other tools in the Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy business process automation solutions for both back-office business processes as well as for delivery projects. Serve as a thought leader for best practices and new capabilities around Power Platform, Azure, and M365. Stay up-to-date on the latest capabilities delivered by Microsoft and integrate these new capabilities into solutions as appropriate. Support enterprise integrations by designing and deploying solutions to share data and business processes between enterprise applications. Champion the use of Power Platform capabilities through collaboration, coaching, advisement, and training, reinforcing best practices from the Power Platform Community. Connect solutions to data from different sources like SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, Workday, MS Dynamics, and more Create and support new solutions that reduce digital friction, optimize and automate business processes, and reduce redundant work while enhancing productivity, consistency, and efficiency Create and configure secure Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven Apps) solutions Design and implement Power Automate workflows Work with business end-users to verify and validate logic and requirements Help craft and implement best practices in solution development, including governance, design, testing, environments, deployments, and migrations Work with Power BI developers to support reports and dashboards (or develop them yourself!) Create and maintain appropriate application solution documentation Collaborate with business customers to perform acceptance testing needed to ensure the desired functionality of the solutions meets the business requirements Have fun and never stop learning Required Qualifications 3 years strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse), SharePoint Online, and Power Automate Ability to translate business objectives and functional requirements into real-world solutions, rapidly progressing from idea to implementation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be driven, curious, and creative with impeccable attention to detail Bachelor’s degree A can-do attitude Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.
