What is the position?
This position will support the Army GEOINT Office (AGO), by providing Program Management Support for an IT Contract supporting multiple locations globally. We are seeking a people focused leader to drive positive improvements and growth for the program.

The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data. What is the position?
This position will support the Army GEOINT Office (AGO), by providing Program Management Support for an IT Contract supporting multiple locations globally. We are seeking a people focused leader to drive positive improvements and growth for the program.
What will I get to do?
- Work with a team of talented professionals to innovate solutions for customers across the globe.
- Lead 8 project teams in management of Integrated GEOINT Enterprise-Architecture (IGEA) support, ensuring priorities are aligned with the overall mission and organizational objectives.
- Conduct and manage contract cost projections, schedules, timelines, and procurement strategy in acquisition support for a world-wide GEOINT Enterprise-Architecture support Government contract supporting over 400 customers.
- Implement project and change management policies to help team members stay on track and align mission requirements with team objectives to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are addressed.
- Provide all contract reports and deliverables monthly and annually as required in the Project Work Statement (PWS), with a 100% accuracy and on-time rating.
- Hire and fill all vacancies required on contract. Complete all contractor TESA/SOFA requirements to ensure personnel hired for OCONUS locations are processed and approved by the host country.
- Maintain and provide detailed project updates, reports and timelines to government client to assist in project design decisions, spend planning, and budgetary requirements
- Review authoritative guidance provided by the program office.
- Communicate effectively with Army GEOINT Office (AGO) Program Management Office (PMO), senior government leaders, and contractors to resolve problems and improve the overall experience and performance for the extended enterprise, while maintaining a focus on risk management and safeguarding all systems and equipment.
- Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
- Education: Bachelor degree from accredited program
- Certification: DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security CE
- Experience: Over ten (10) years of relevant experience
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work after-hours on occasion (nights, evenings, weekends, on-call rotation, etc.)
