Partnership Manager, Spark
We are looking for an Partnership Manager who wants to be part of a growing InsurTech that helps insurers break through the constraints of legacy systems with a suite of platforms powered by our Spark technology.
The position is highly visible within Coherent and involves frequent interaction with senior leaders internally and externally. The ideal candidate has insurance industry expertise, partner management or management consulting experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and is passionate about providing great customer experience while creating value and delivering on commitments for our clients.

- Work collaboratively with partners to develop strategic plans and requirements to drive distribution channel growth and partner integration
- Build Coherent brand awareness and identify, on-board and sustain new partner and commercial relationships
- Establish and maintain partner relationships to create new commercial opportunities
- Own and develop plans to develop partner ecosystem
- Generate and manage commercial deal flow
- Responsible for managing all aspects of partner engagement from contracting, integration and post-implementation continuous performance reviews and reporting
- Assist and provide advisory support on product and platform training for partners
- Attend and support Coherent-led partner and channel seminars, forums, and events
- Keep up to date on market landscape and be the go-to-person for industry specific domain knowledge and competitive trends
- Contribute to effective working relationships in a global matrix organisation to deliver a coherent and positive environment
What experience and attributes we think you need to get the job done...
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years of distribution channel management/ partner sales experience or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving results and influencing partners’ business and operational initiatives
- Extensive knowledge and/or business experience in Insurance, Banking and/or other financial services industries
- Exposure to and experience working in a SaaS and start-up environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in Insurance (Property & Casualty)
- Exposure to agile development and DevOps processes
- Experience with AWS and public cloud/ SaaS technologies
