We are currently looking for a Service Electrician with previous commercial experience to join an elite industry leader. Responsibilities:
Manage the completion of various electrical tasks
Troubleshooting electrical issues
Electrical break and repair
Read blueprints, run conduit, and wire/terminate devices
Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting
Manage service upgrades for new and existing clients
Interact with store/facilities managers and maintenance department personnel
Repair and install electrical distribution equipment including but not limited to: conduit, conductors, breakers, panel boards, disconnects, transformers, switches, and receptacles.
Repair of various lighting systems: building lighting, area lighting, streetlights, i.e.: Ballast, bulbs, capacitors, igniters, contractors, and photo cells
Perform preventative maintenance task on all electrical equipment
Lays out, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjusts electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring and new services to include panels, breakers, and circuits
Troubleshoots and repairs electric controls, motor control centers, and programmable logic controls
Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities
Requirements:
5 years previous service/maintenance experience
Working knowledge of installing electrical systems
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
Good computer skills. Knowledge of Procore is a plus
Must hold a valid driver’s license
Must be able to travel, work nights, holidays, weekends and overtime
Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, and may include the use of personal protective equipment
