What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cake Decorator position at Cold Stone Creamery?
We are looking for a creative individual to help make and decorate cakes, pies, cupcakes, and more! Must have cake decorating experience to be considered.
Must be available to work flexible days, evenings, weekends, or holidays (depending on business needs). Must be available for other business needs which include helping crew as a back-up with customer orders on the stone.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Cut, build, and decorate cakes, pies, cupcakes, and more. Decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips. Package cakes for customer special orders, freezer and back stock. Must have excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Cutting, building, decorating cakes, pies, and cupcakes for custom orders and maintaining adequate levels of inventory in freezer.
- Fulfilling customer special orders
- Following all of Cold Stone Creamery guidelines for decorating cakes
- Maintaining Cold Stone Creamery's high standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Organizing and rotating stock
- Training other employees as needed
- Reliable time management and multi tasking skills
- Must be a creative and motivated individual
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Cake decorating: 1 year (Required)
