We're looking for a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this dynamic role, you'll partner with our rockstar real estate agents to create marketing magic that will make their listings stand out.

You'll be a master of many trades, with the opportunity to develop skills in:

• Creative Design: Print & digital media, using Adobe Creative Suite
• Social Media: Content creation & community management
• Email Marketing: Craft compelling campaigns
• Website: Design, and edit agent websites
• Event Extraordinaire: Help plan and execute marketing events

Bonus points if you have:

• A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience working directly with clients
• Experience in print & digital design
• Email & social media marketing expertise
• Video/audio production experience (including equipment & broadcasting)
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Web design experience

Benefits and Pay Details:

Pay starting a $18/hr, and benefits package that includes: PTO, paid holidays, health/vision/dental insurance, 401k match

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
