OFFICE SALES MANAGER – COLDWELL BANKER SCHMITT REAL ESTATE COMPANY

SUMMARY OF POSITION
As a leader, the Office Sales Manager prioritizes the agents' performance and productivity, as well as the company's high level of customer service. The candidate for this role is responsible for increasing the office's market share through recruiting, training, and retaining agents.

KEY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Increase agent productivity.
  • Identifying and recruiting excellent agents to increase net agent count.
  • Increase the volume of transactions and sales to maintain and increase market share.
  • Keep and increase current agent retention.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and implement a plan for hiring new agents. The Office Sales Manager will focus on discovering and recruiting outstanding agents with high integrity.

Maintain a recruitment database by cultivating long-term relationships through consistent, organized contact, including marketing campaigns.

Establish effective procedures and systems for selecting, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring agents.

Train and coach agents to increase current agents' transactions and sales.

To increase agent retention, provide an unparalleled agent experience.

Supervising employees and promoting the Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company culture.

Inform and train agents and staff about the resources available through Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company.

Assist agents by offering contract advice, conversations, and solutions for any uncommon agreements that may arise.

Attending educational courses, reading specialized magazines, establishing personal networks, comparing best practices, and staying up to date on their professional and industrial skills.

PROFILE OF THE APPLICANT
This position is responsible for directing and expanding office market share with the help of the leadership team. The ideal applicant for this role is a leader who demonstrates high-performance knowledge, attitudes, abilities, and behaviors. Someone who can build relationships and trust with our agents. A person who puts people first and may drive recruiting and growth activities by influencing and aiding others in reaching their goals. Someone who sets a positive example for others and helps agents achieve better. a manager capable of increasing productivity, increasing the number of agents, and improving operational effectiveness on that scale.

The best candidate for this role will be a competent real estate office manager who understands how to leverage themselves through people, systems, and tools. They must be intellectual, capable of dealing with pressure while remaining calm, and possess leadership abilities. They must have demonstrated organizational ability as well as leadership-level planning and goal-setting abilities.

Because of the position's high intensity, the candidate must be able to work swiftly and efficiently under pressure. This type of arrangement would be excellent for the right person that appreciates a challenge, is adaptable, and tenacious. They don't give up easily, they get along well with the team and other professionals in the field. Despite the pressure, they maintain their cool and complete their tasks quickly. It is critical to make judgments swiftly and with accurate facts. This position works with a wide range of personalities and requires strong verbal and writing communication skills, as well as excellent listening and coaching ability.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3 or more years real estate agent experience
3 or more years of recruiting experience preferred.
3 or more years of management experience including operations and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

  • Fort Myers, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Real Estate Sales Occupations: 10 years (Required)
  • Sales: 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:
