What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Dispatcher position at Coldwell Banker?
Pay: $15 - $16 per hour
Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring they are approved & completed
- Collaborate with property management team and external contractors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Handle home warranty and insurance claims
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
Skills:
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with property management team, external contractors, tenants, and owners
