Must Haves:
- Hands on experience with implementing nCino
- Resource must have deep understanding of the nCino platform
- Resource must utilize Salesforce as their CRM tool with nCino
- Financial Experience specifically with Credit/Commercial Banking Experience
- Experience working with the business (60% business)
- L3 Technical Troubleshooting Support Experience (40% support role)
- Cultural:
- Super strong communication skills, self driven, natural curiosity to learn and push. Resource will be leading 20-30 managing directors.
