As an Account Supervisor on the business development team, you will collaborate across departments to drive growth for Colle McVoy and its branded practices, Exponent PR, and 10 Thousand Design. You will be responsible for the successful creation of marketing platforms, presentations, proposals and pitches to aid in the agency's growth initiatives. This role requires creativity, effective communication and partnership across all disciplines, including executive staff.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with the broader growth team
* Marketing calendar creation and management
* Guide and manage the pitch process
* Manage industry partnerships counsel staff, represent the agency at local and national events
* Support new business opportunities
* Manage agency-owned platforms
* Report on website and social analytics
* Manage budget and implementation of annual marketing plans

Required Skills:

* Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
* Creative approach to marketing
* Social listening skills

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
* Five or more years of experience in brand and/or business-to-business marketing or marketing communications
* One or more years of social media management experience
* One or more years of agency experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to travel as needed
