Job Overview:
We’re growing! And we’re looking for a talented, driven and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a full-time sales assistant! As a Sales Assistant at Collective Alternative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team to achieve our revenue targets and expand our client base. You will be responsible for assisting with various sales-related tasks and ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team and other departments within the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities through research, outreach, and follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client communications, meetings, and progress updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to account management.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries from clients.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
