SUMMARY The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support both a local (Los Angeles) as well as nation team of commercial real estate debt and equity specialists. They will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing our brand presence, and helping drive business growth in the highly competitive commercial real estate financing industry. They will also be responsible for conducting market research and gathering rate quotes from various lending sources. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Regularly interact with providers of debt and equity capital to conduct research and identify new and pertinent capital programs, ensuring our advisors remain informed about optimal financing choices. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and client retention. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and client retention. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Foster relationships with existing clients through targeted communication and engagement strategies, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies. Plan and coordinate industry events and conferences to promote Colliers Mortgage's expertise and expand the company's network. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on the commercial real estate finance industry Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including, but not limited to: InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop etc. Proficiency in commercial real estate tools and platforms such as RCA, Trepp, Costar, Argus etc. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the success of marketing efforts. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interface effectively with senior leadership. JOB EXPECTATIONS Occasional domestic travel is required for this position Regular and reliable attendance required Approximate Salary Range for this Role: 110,000 -125,000 annually. This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
