You are an experienced manager familiar with overseeing and providing support to administrative staff and vendors while facilitating day-to-day operations. You enjoy formulating strategy, improving overall performance, and procuring resources to support production.
In this role, you will…
- Be responsible for generating and reviewing corporate and departmental monthly reporting, ensuring all report deadlines are met.
- Assist in the coordination of bids.
- Maintain current SOW agreements, insurance certificates and other compliance documents.
- Assist with on-boarding new clients to direct order platforms and new job set-up and assignments.
- You’ll work closely with each team member and be the primary point of contact for customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with A/P and A/R.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field.
- 5-10 years of managerial and/or project management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical skills ability to develop and oversee budgeted initiatives.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
