In this role, you will…
- Develop strong industry relationships internally and externally, doing a great job representing the Colliers project management brand.
- Establish a pathway to project success based upon key performance indexes as defined by the stakeholders.
- Oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from the initial project concept through final punch-list and close-out.
- Work under the direction of the Senior Project Manager to develop & maintain schedules and budgets
- Working on Electrical ana Mechanical focused projects
- Carve out a key role in developing a local project management presence.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven (7) years in project management experience
- Extensive knowledge of design process, construction and project management.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry specific software; i.e. Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit.
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications.
- Ability to lead and direct a variety of vendors, provide critical thinking to problem solving
- Experience working on Data Centers or similar projects
