Office Coordinator
Collin County is seeking candidates for the position of Office Coordinator. This position provides administrative support by preparing documents and correspondence, preparing, researching and submitting various reports, coordinating personnel and supervisor’s schedules, assisting with the annual budget, processing payroll, and supervising personnel. Performs related duties by coordinating records filming, researching and reviewing legal documentation, attending meetings, recommending and supervising programs and services, developing policies and procedures and establishing and maintaining relationships. Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have knowledge of a specific vocational, administrative, or technical nature, which may be obtained with a two year associate’s degree. Must have at least two years of related experience. Must be able to pass a typing test at the rate of 50 words a minute.
