Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Experience:

• Sales or customer service experience required
• Legal intake experience preferred

Job Description:

Are you ready to join a fast-paced and growing personal injury law firm? Collins Law, LLC is seeking a dedicated Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential new clients. Your role as a Legal Intake Specialist is crucial to the success of our firm, as you will create the initial impression of our firm for potential clients, setting the tone for their entire journey. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
• Listen actively to client concerns and gather relevant information about their case.
• Provide potential clients with an overview of our legal services and persuade them to choose our firm for representation.
• Manage a high volume of incoming leads generated through various channels.
• Follow up promptly with leads to ensure timely and thorough communication.
• Accurately record all client information, case details, and interactions in our case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to facilitate the intake process.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathy and compassion for clients who may be experiencing distress.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to client service.
