Automotive CVR / Registry Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Colonial Cadillac as an Automotive CVR / Registry Clerk. This is a full-time administrative position at our dealership in Woburn, Massachusetts. As a CVR / Registry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing all vehicle registration and title documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, providing excellent service to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is an individual contributor role with a competitive salary range of $20 to $24 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid vacation time.

Responsibilities:
- Process all vehicle registration and title documentation for new and used vehicles purchases
- Verify accuracy of all documents and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Create and maintain digital and physical files for all vehicle transactions
- Communicate with customers, state agencies, and vendors to resolve any registration or titling issues
- Maintain a working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle registration and titling
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive registration and titling
- Knowledge of CVR (Computerized Vehicle Registration) system preferred
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to vehicle registration and titling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work full-time and occasionally overtime as needed
- Must pass a background check and drug test
