Position Title: Business to Business Benefit Counselor - 1099 Commission Only Role

We provide voluntary worksite benefits and financial protection to more than 4 million of America’s workers. Also called “supplemental insurance”, voluntary benefits fill gaps left by major medical and help employees cover the rising costs of healthcare.
Role Summary: In Person with Flexible Schedule
Your role is to help businesses by providing benefit communication and education to employers and employees. Each business will require a benefit package suited to their particular needs to help maintain employee health and wellbeing, assist in the recruitment of new talent and the retention of key employees. We are looking for long-term relationships with our clients. You will enjoy:
- Commission income averaging around $50k the first year based on a percentage of sales
- Bonuses for meeting sales milestones
- Renewal income from previous enrollments that remain on the books
- Opportunities for growth
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients during the enrollment process
- Educate employees so they fully understand the value of their benefits program
- Assist with new employee enrollments
- Provide service after the sale
