Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Colonial Life in Gadsden, AL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and providing outstanding customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for delivering benefits education to clients, assisting with enrollment processes, and resolving any customer issues or inquiries.
