Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our team temporarily. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer support and admin assistance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Customer service (answering phones, making calls, website chat, customer service inbox).
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Order management in WordPress and Fishbowl
- Communicate order information to shipping team as needed
- Data entry (Fishbowl)
- Monitor wholesale applications
- Review failed orders and contact customers
- At times, drop off UPS and USPS letters and packages
- Other miscellaneous customer service tasks as needed
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Greet and support visitors upon entry
- Accept packages, collect mail, review and distribute accordingly
- Scan items to team members
- Mail/ship documents or products
- Notarize documents when needed
- Update reports in Excel
- Other miscellaneous admin tasks as needed
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and 1 year experience administrative role
- Fishbowl experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Ability to learn new software and programs quickly
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel
- Resourceful, proactive, problem solver who is detail oriented
*NOTE* This is a temporary position lasting up to 3 months of service, possibly longer depending on business needs. This position is required to be in office, no remote work.
