RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities
Interaction with customers via email, phone and in person Answer phone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to proper offices
Prepare invoices and process payments via computer software
Filing invoices and packaging slips
Balance daily authorize.net/credit card accounts and process daily report
Contact customers for past due balances
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Receive and sort mail deliveries
Tidy and maintain reception area
REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer service skills
Must be excellent in verbal and written communication
Good time management skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
Must have strong computer skills and have high attention to details and accuracy
Industry experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate
High school diploma required. College exposure a plus
