FOH Team
The FOH Team Member is the first point of contact, they set the tone for our Guests' experience, ensuring each guest leaves happier than they were when they came in the door. The FOH Team Member act as a guide for our Guests, providing them with detailed information about our products, giving the Guest an understanding of who we are and what we do.

- Maintain professionalism while interacting with Guests and Team Members Clear and Open communication

- Experience as a barista in a high volume cafe
- Experience with latte art
Duties: “I am responsible for...”
- Greeting each guest in a courteous way
- Directing Guests towards menus and line queue
- Looking for services opportunities, making guest feel special
- Accurate Register Operations and Cash Handling
- Bussing, cleaning, staging the café to maintain an energetic, clean, environment Maintaining Good Show at all workstations
- Open and Clear communication with Teammates and Leadership
- Completing all Daily Tasks
- Making coffees with proper strength and extraction
- Making beverages according to recipe, pouring latte art
- Making syrups and sauces for coffee bar, monitoring pars and notifying leaders of low inventory
- Completing all Opening and Closing Responsibilities to expectation
- Memorizing, understanding, and living out Colossus’ Mission and Values Serving Guests with urgency
- Register Operation Efficiency
Goals / Metrics for success:
• Guests feel comfortable with you.
- You remember Guests names and orders. Workstations are consistently clean and staged. Memorized pricing of all beverages and pastries.
- Able to deliver basic knowledge of all bread, pastry, beverage, and coffee offerings. Consistently completing Opening and Closing tasks to expectation.
- Daily Task Lists are consistently completed
- On Time and Ready for Shifts consistently.
- The store is tidy and stocked.
- You go above and beyond to deliver excellent service and product to customers. You follow up when needed to ensure the customer leaves happy and taken care of.
- Positive Feedback from your Team and Leadership.
