Columbia Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center specializes in colon cancer screening and the treatment of gastrointestinal problems. We have proudly served the Columbia community since 1988. We are currently searching for a full time Registered Nurse who can work cooperatively with current management, staff and physicians. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing patients for procedures; assisting physicians during procedures; providing care for patients in recovery; and actively participating in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, maintain basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS, and have at least two years of experience. Endoscopy or Outpatient surgery experience is a plus.
