We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This is a commission based sales role; sales associates operate on a base pay and commission pay structure. Sales experience is preferred. We are a small business flooring store that is competitive in both residential and commercial industries. Your role will include measuring potential jobs, creating bids and quotes, customer relations and follow up, ability to make adjustments, and Saturday availability.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative (regardless of industry)
- Adaptable
- Comfortable working in excel type software
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Pay: From $28,800.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
