DEFINITION:
The position assists staff at all CCHA locations with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology. Support includes specifications, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines. Employee will also assist in the maintenance and testing of workstations, laptops, peripherals and associated equipment .
EDUCATION:
Associates degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent degree is preferred, although will consider applicable experience or certification in lieu of degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of workstation support experience in a large scale production environment preferred.
Customer Service Experience a must.
Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs.
Experience installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops and peripherals.
Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems.
Demonstrated experience with workstation support in compliance with government security requirements (HIPPAA)
