Core Responsibilities
The Program Manager, Digital Experience is responsible for utilizing solid program management skills and leading the cross-functional team in the delivery of digital features and online offers with the following responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans. Work with the core team to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill program scope
Coordinate the design, documentation, and training of new business process
Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements
Communicate updates on major milestones and keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
Assume full accountability for managing multiple low- to medium-complexity projects simultaneously
Possibly manage 3rd-party partners
Preferred Experience and Qualities
The ideal candidate will have solid digital program management experience, with strong time management and change management skills. With a proven and successful track record in executing and delivering a digital experience strategy, the candidate will have a passion for leading and influencing teams to drive innovation with the goal of generating revenue through delivering customer value. Additionally, he/she/they will have the natural ability to identify and drive process improvements, resulting in operational efficiencies, cost savings and improved employee satisfaction. Additional preferred experience and qualities are:
Digital ecommerce (web and/or mobile) or agency project management experience
PMP certification a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to guide and motivate delivery teams with a diverse range of talents and personalities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and methodologies
Passion for process and efficiency
Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with partners, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy
High level of integrity, both personally and professionally; respectful of others; leads by example

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
