Job Summary
Responsible for directing the development and activation of prospect acquisition strategies for the Movers, University Student and Multi-Dwelling Unit (e.g. apartment building) segments. The role is geared for a hands-on leader who can build a strategic plan for customer acquisition growth in target segments, and pull through to win share with flawless execution of targeted marketing programs. Director will be responsible for development of go to market plans aligned with HQ and field objectives while forging partnerships with marketing and channel sales organizations. Role includes responsibility for developing and managing budget, managing outside agency relationships, and working within the growth/marketing team to align proposed activity with strategic priorities of the business.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Leads development of annual and quarterly marketing plans with agency partners and directs the socialization of the programs within Comcast
- Develop experiential marketing programs with clearly defined objectives and success metrics with responsibility to manage programs through development, execution and results reporting
- Own the development and optimization of direct mail programs with a focus on defining audience targeting, offer details, creative insights and reporting of results while aligning with allocated budgets
- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding key growth segments (movers, University students) utilizing internal research and data plus external data sources to understand motivations and purchase behaviors for Xfinity products
- Plan and develops promotional strategies that drive demand for core Xfinity products aligned with HQ and divisions as well as sales channel partners
- Collaborates with team members at headquarters as well as division and region organizations to bring to market key prospect growth initiatives and marketing programs
- Consistently develops comprehensive reviews of marketing program performance including insights and key drivers of national sales and promotions directed at specific segments
- Utilize data/analysis and strategic insights to package large amounts of information into concise and compelling presentations for executive audiences.
- Work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment with teams within the Growth Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to drive data and reporting improvements.
- Contributes to process improvement initiatives and business metrics development.
- Keeps abreast of business strategies, trends, initiatives, and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
