Job Summary
Freewheel is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join the Revenue Growth organization to work cross-functionally across multiple programmatic sales teams: Publisher, Agency & DSP as well as several other organizations such as Marketing, Analytics, Ad Operations, etc… A successful candidate will be eager to work in a fast paced, ever-changing industry and role by supporting both the supply and demand sides of Freewheels sales efforts. Responsibilities include helping keep supply related resources updated for the demand sales teams, overseeing critical processes connecting supply and demand internally, as well as surfacing key data and assisting with demand execution (assisting with reporting, campaign execution, client wrap-ups and more!). Ideal candidate for this position is able to ensure our organization is supported from pre-sale, activation & post-sale.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities

Handling supply mapping and surfacing information for every new publisher and every change of existing publisher.

Updating and maintaining supply resources for demand.

Help with Quarterly Business Reviews and end of campaign report for agency sales team.

DSP Wrap-Ups & DSP billing processes.

DSP team support: Supporting additional items for the DSP team with audits, site list curation, etc…

Reporting & Analysis Expert: Reporting for leadership, ensuring dashboards are reliable, and helping support various reporting asks across sales contributors.

Pulling most recent site lists to have accurate, up to date reference.

Pulling reporting to help Cams leadership team understand changes in the marketplace.

Presale: From helping with inputs requested for RFPs, working on audience taxonomies, pixeling initial deal setups, etc…

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $24.87 - $37.31
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
